We can meet at your home, office, hospital, school, hotel, assisted living facility, or any other meeting location of your choice. SUCCESSFUL NOTARY SIGNING:
1. Please do not sign the document in advance.
2. Please have proper ID (see list below)
3. Please ensure the documents are fully completed (other than your signature and notary sections).
4. Please check if witnesses are required for your document. If so, they must be present, at least 18 years old, and have proper ID. (Relatives by blood/marriage typically not permitted as witnesses). We can provide witnesses for a fee.
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF ID:
You must have a valid (unexpired) government issued photo ID that includes
your name, date of birth, ID number, and issuing authority.
Acceptable Forms of ID include:
1. Driver’s License
2. State Identification Card w/expiration date
3. Passport
4. Military ID that includes a signature
5. Commercial Driver’s License

$15 Acknowledgements, first signature of each signer
$7.50 for each additional signature of each signer

Travel Fees:
$30 between 6AM to 7PM
($15 per hour 2 hour minimum)
$60 between 7PM to 6AM
