These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of websites and services operated by ThrasherbizBiz LLC and its Protected Series, including E.T. Mobile Solutions, Craft Me Out, and Thrive With Purpose. By accessing our websites or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ThrasherbizBiz LLC is a Nevada Series Limited Liability Company (Entity ID: E29116682023-3) formed January 28, 2023, and located at 2780 S Jones Blvd Ste 221, Las Vegas, NV 89146. These Terms apply to all brands and series operated under the ThrasherbizBiz LLC umbrella.
Mobile notary, loan signing, marriage officiant, field inspection, ID recovery assistance, and administrative services in Las Vegas and Clark County, Nevada. All notarial services are performed in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes § 240. Fees are set at or below Nevada state maximums. Travel fees are separate from notarial fees and are agreed upon before service.
Custom-made apparel, tumblers, personalized gifts, and handcrafted items. All physical products are made to order. Digital files sold through our Etsy shop (etsy.com/shop/CraftMeOutDesigns) are instant-download products subject to Etsy's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Life coaching, personal success training (PST), behavioral success training (BST), mental wellness support, behavior-informed tutoring, academic tutoring, and teen support services. All services are wellness coaching and educational support only — not clinical therapy, clinical ABA, or licensed mental health treatment. See the important notice in Section 7 below.
For custom products (Craft Me Out), orders are confirmed upon payment or written agreement. All custom orders require design approval before production. Turnaround time begins upon design approval. Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees.
For coaching services (Thrive With Purpose), session fees are due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
For notary services (E.T. Mobile Solutions), fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Travel fees must be agreed upon before the appointment.
All content on our websites — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements — is the property of ThrasherbizBiz LLC or its respective brands and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Custom designs created for your order remain the creative work of Craft Me Out. You receive a license to use the finished product but not the underlying design files unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Thrive With Purpose provides wellness coaching, educational support, and tutoring services only. Our team members are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, BCBAs, or medical professionals. Behavior-informed tutoring is educational in nature — it is not clinical ABA therapy and no BCBA supervision is on staff. No services offered are a substitute for professional mental health treatment, clinical behavioral therapy, special education services, or medical advice. Notarial acts performed by E.T. Mobile Solutions are performed by a Nevada-commissioned notary public. A notary public is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice. If you have questions about the legal effect of a document, consult a licensed attorney.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law, ThrasherbizBiz LLC and its Protected Series will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or websites. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our websites or services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
