Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to ThrasherBiz LLC and its family of brands, including E.T. Mobile Solutions, Craft Me Out, and Thrive With Purpose LV. By using the websites, submitting a request, booking an appointment, placing an order, or purchasing services, the client agrees to these terms.
Services
Services may include business support, mobile notary, Nevada registered document preparation support, loan signing support, apostille facilitation, administrative services, custom crafts and apparel, personalized gifts, coaching, wellness support, education-related support, and related services. Availability may vary by brand, service area, schedule, and applicable law.
Document Preparation Disclaimer
Document preparation services are provided at the client’s direction under Nevada NRS Chapter 240A through E.T. Mobile Solutions, Registration #NVDP20241137013. ThrasherBiz LLC and its brands are not law firms and do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal strategy, or legal representation. Clients are responsible for choosing the documents they want prepared and reviewing all documents before signing, filing, or submitting them.
Notary Disclaimer
Notary services are limited to lawful notarial acts. A notarial act does not confirm that a document is true, valid, legally sufficient, or enforceable. The notary may refuse service when required or permitted by law.
Payments, Deposits & Fees
Payment, deposit, travel, printing, administrative, rush, cancellation, wait-time, courier, and third-party fees may apply depending on the service. Fees for work already started, printing already completed, custom work, travel already begun, or administrative preparation already performed may be non-refundable.
Custom Products
Craft Me Out custom items, apparel, personalized gifts, digital items, and made-to-order products may require approval, deposit, or full payment before work begins. Custom items may be non-refundable once design, production, purchase of materials, or personalization has started.
Coaching & Wellness
Thrive With Purpose LV services are educational, coaching, wellness, and support-oriented unless expressly stated otherwise. Services are not emergency services and do not replace licensed medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
No Guarantee of Outcome
ThrasherBiz LLC and its brands do not guarantee court, agency, business, immigration, tax, title, loan, apostille, licensing, coaching, funding, or other outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ThrasherBiz LLC and its brands are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the websites, services, documents, products, or third-party platforms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
